BEFORE PURCHASING, please make sure to reach out to make sure your date + hours are available.

SESSION DESCRIPTION:
Event photography hours differ on client's needs, specializing in showers/parties (baby/gender reveal, birthday etc.) and special events (baptism/christening). The first hour is $500 and each additional hour is $425, with a maximum of 3 hours.

**Client understands that this pricing DOES NOT reflect wedding pricing. Should you decide to book said event hours and I show up to a wedding/nuptials/anything of that sort, it will be grounds for my departure, without taking any photos and you agree to forfeit your payment.**

BOOKING:
Full payment is REQUIRED to book your event and due to the nature that this event will cause me to block off said portion of the day, it will be difficult to re-book something in its place, should you decide to cancel. By purchasing, you understand that your payment/retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Within minutes of received payment, you will receive a receipt of purchase.

A contract will be sent out, once we have established a shooting date and you will have 3 days to sign it. When the contract is signed, then and ONLY then is your session confirmed. Should you choose to cancel your session, you also agree to forfeit your payment/retainer.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING:
Client(s) understand that session fee/deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, as well as non-transferable. I DO NOT cancel due to weather. I will shoot in just about everything (including light showers and snow), but will most likely reschedule a downpour (regarding outdoor sessions).

In the event of a family emergency, contact will be made to plan accordingly.

PHOTO DELIVERY:
Photos will be delivered via a password protected, online gallery for your download convenience, along with an image release within 21 days of your session. I do not guarantee a specific amount of photos due to the flow of our session. The smoother your session goes gives you a better chance at a higher amount of photos given.

Images are sent AS IS (high resolution and edited to give you the best quality). Client understands that what is sent is what is FINAL and will not ask for RAW images, more images or color (if black and white)/vice versa.

Editing timeline varies and the type of session and my current workload, but I will work my hardest to meet the aforementioned 21 days.

Gallery will be up for 1 week for your downloading convenience, then are taken down to make room for new sessions. If you miss your timeframe to download, there will be a $25 fee to re-upload your gallery.

Photos will be archived for up to 6 months. I cannot guarantee to have any session past that timeframe, in the event that something happens to your computer, hard drive, etc... Please make sure you back up your photos accordingly.

ARRIVAL TIME:
I will arrive a few minutes early to your event to get ready. If you are late for any reason, you agree to forfeit that loss of time. If you are 30 minutes late (no call, no show), you agree to forfeit your session and payment. If you would like to re-book, you can purchase said session through the site at full price.

If I am late for any reason, you will shoot for the full, allotted time that you booked for.

DISCLAIMER:
Due to the good old nature of sessions, please plan accordingly with your little ones, if bringing them. It is a hard task, trust me, I completely get it, but I DO NOT guarantee smiles. Children just have their days where they may go on a nap strike or just aren't feeling it. I will do everything in my power to capture what I can to get you amazing memories, but I cannot promise any smiles, nor will that be grounds for a reshoot!

In the event that you are absolutely dissatisfied due to your personal preference, I will shoot at a 25% discount from the original session fee. I cannot guarantee the same location due to its seasonal nature.

ADVERTISING/COPYRIGHT:
Kelsey G. Photography reserves the right to use these session images for display, publication, or other purposes online and/or in print. All the digital images remain the property of Kelsey G. Photography.

All images in your gallery and images posted to Facebook/Instagram, remain the property of Kelsey G. Photography. I always encourage the sharing of your photos, but it is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE to alter the images in ANY way.

Kelsey G. Photography remains the sole copyright owner of all images. Digital packages include a PRINT RELEASE only!
